Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Dombivli Tamil Makkal Sangam (Reg.) will be held at 10.30 am on Sunday, 31^st July, 2016 at South Indian School, Dombivli (West) to transact the following business:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2. To Consider and adopt the Annual Report and Audited Statements of Accounts for the year ended 31^st March 2016.
3. To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year and fix their remuneration.
4. Any other Matters may discuss with the permission of the chair.
