The following resolutions have taken:

Got approval about the things discussed in the earlier meeting
Got approval for accounts for the financial year 2015-16
Discussed and concluded to appoint a CA
To appoint a CA from DTMS
To purchase a place for DTMS and increase the membership
Life time members have participated in the meeting and with the lunch the meeting concluded.
