Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Dombivli Tamil Makkal Sangam(Reg.) will be held at 10.00 am on Sunday, 16<sup>th</sup> August, 2015 at Jondhale Polytechnic Hall, Dombivli (West) to transact the following business:
<ol>
<li> To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting </li>
<li>To Consider and adopt the Annual Report and Audited Statements of Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2015. </li>
<li>To record the results of the election of seventeen members of the Managing Committee.</li>
<li>To Consider and adopt the Changes required / made in the MOA and Rules and Regulations of the Sangam.</li>
<li>To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year and fix their remuneration.</li>
<li>Any other Matters may discuss with the permission of the chair.</li>
